The flangeless design allows these ball plungers to mount flush with a surface. Press them into unthreaded holes in soft material such as wood, plastic, and aluminum. Drill a slightly smaller hole for a snug fit.The ball plungers can be used for locating or for applying pressure, as a detent or for ejection.

Stainless steel is chemical resistant and may be mildly magnetic. 420 and 440C balls are hard and wear resistant.

When using a plunger as a detent or stop, a lighter ball force with a shallower hole releases more easily, while a heavier force with a deeper hole holds more securely.

Other standard such as GN 614.3 are available be made according to customer's requirement.
